A Typical Week: Hong Kong

Executive MBA class weeks in Hong Kong meet Monday through Saturday, roughly once a month. The schedule is designed to give you the ability to remain working while studying for a world-class MBA degree. Students take advantage of the executive format as they balance class weeks with demanding jobs, family life, and personal interests. Many commute to Hong Kong from their homes, flying in on Sunday night and back home on Saturday. A typical class week at Chicago Booth might look something like this:

  8–9 a.m. 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m. 12:30–2:30 p.m. 2:30–6:30 p.m. 6:30–8 p.m.

* Lunch Events take place during the class week, and can include but are not limited to career management sessions, workshops, and talks with faculty, alumni, and business leaders.

**Social events are usually planned towards the end of the class week and offer you the opportunity to socialize and network with your classmates in a relaxed setting. They are planned by the Executive MBA Program Office and the Student Advisory Activity Council.
