I have worked 10 years in pharmaceuticals. I'm a pharmacist by training. I was always into wanting to help people, and being in an industry that translated into outcomes. Having been in pharmacy school, I wanted an experience that will augment my knowledge in business all around. So, from the academic perspective, it was time for me to do the MBA. The Executive MBA Program stood out, because it was important for me to not stop my career at the same time. I was continuing on with my growth, and so for me to take two years setback, it was not an option. After one year at Booth, I've learned so much, in terms of working with people with diverse backgrounds. And bringing that into my new workplace, is something that I've seen already some results in.
“When I first started the program, I was studying at the Hong Kong campus. When I got the job in Munich, I was able to change to the London campus. I was very fortunate to get this new role, and it wouldn’t have come about if not for Booth.”

I'm the senior lines Manager at Sandoz International. I'm based in Munich, Germany. I was born in Indonesia. My parents still live there. When I first started the program, I was studying in the Hong Kong campus, and when I got the job in Munich, I was able then to change to the London campus. That was very fortunate to get this new role at Sandoz International, and it wouldn't have come about if it were not for Booth. Career Services resources are available for everyone, and so I managed to tap into that resource. Whether it be improving your CV to improve your LinkedIn profile, it could actually be in terms of how you approach certain interviews. When people meet you and they say, "Which MBA are you from?" When you say you're from booth, you get this positive reaction.

I didn't want a diluted program. I wanted something that will give me that full experience of the full-time MBA in the executive format. This Executive MBA, it's definitely not for the fainthearted. It's important that when you set into a program like this, you have to be fully committed. But the good thing is that you come out with a much stronger and rounded experience, compared to many other executive MBAs out there.
