I intend to build a public service-oriented career in Cook County that allows me to address pressing policy and financial challenges facing our state and region. I hope to contribute in the coming years and decades to making the Chicagoland area thrive by advancing policies that build the middle class, fight greed and corruption, and strengthen our democracy.
What skills are you looking to develop at Booth and implement into your sector?
I am looking to develop a firm grounding in finance in order to apply what I learn to put the Chicagoland region and Illinois on a stronger financial footing. I also look forward to a structured study of leadership, management and organizational behavior—and the tools and best practices that help organizations thrive.
