Erica Phillips, Social Enterprise Initiative:
Erica works in the Social Enterprise Initiative academic center and was nominated by co-workers, colleagues from outside her department and faculty members throughout Booth. Among her many projects, Erica spearheads SEI’s nonprofit board service programs including the annual On Board conference on nonprofit board service, Alumni Board Connect, and Board Fellows. These programs empower Booth alumni, students and staff to get engaged with the important role of governing a nonprofit board and have brought many alumni into the Chicago Booth fold.

Adam Deslauriers, Center for Research in Security Prices:
Adam is a promising Systems and Security Administrator within our CRSP center and was nominated by several of his colleagues outside and within his department. “Without Adam's drive toward excellence, we surly would have missed deadlines with Vanguard on several occasions over the last few years. Adam demonstrates Respect and Integrity in all his duties. He is truly a team player always willing to help others both on our team and other teams whenever he can.”

Joe Wilkinson, Conference Center:
Joe Wilkinson, Senior Associate Director at the Conference Center, is a long time Booth employee who received nominations from his colleagues as well as several staff outside his department. One of his nominators said “Joe has the difficult job of balancing outside requests for space at Gleacher with internal demands from Booth staff. Somehow he always seems to make it work. There have been times when no space was available, but he ‘kept at it’ until something worked out. I admire his creativity!”
Jasmine Kwong, Center for Decision Research:
As the Lab Manager for the Center for Decision Research she coordinates all of the operations involved in conducting behavioral science research such as creating questionnaires and stimulus materials for experiments, recruiting participants, running experimental sessions, entering data, hiring research assistants, training research assistants, organizing meetings with graduate students and postdocs, hiring research staff, and managing faculty research funding.
