Steven Fischer has been following the global luxury industry since 2005 and has his finger on the pulse of the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. The head of KMPG's Milan practice has referred to him as the "ultimate arbiter of the luxury industry". He introduced courses on the luxury and fashion industries at Kellogg and Northwestern University, where he taught for over a decade. The past three years his Image, Style & Design Studio has been working with leading luxury houses, advising on where the luxury industry is headed. His weekly newsletter, Luxury Viewpoints, reaches over 1,300 senior executives. The Studio also launched an all-American luxury leather goods line, Fischer Voyage, at Harrods in 2013 - and the brand has quickly amassed a worldwide following of dedicated connoisseurs. He is the co-organizer of the annual Arab Luxury World Conference held in Dubai, and his work has been featured by the New York Times, BBC World News, The Financial Times, How to Spend It, Crains Chicago Business and the Chicago Tribune. He earned an MA in Communications Management, Policy & Science from Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Coe College.
