Strategic Organizational Management

This program explores three key management areas to help your organization prepare and respond to changing market demands. First, you will define and evaluate business strategies through a behavioral lens, increasing your ability to envision your organization’s future. Next, you’ll learn how effective organizational structures—decision-making, coordination, job design, and talent management—create and use knowledge to drive strategy.
