Geoff Balzano is the Director of Workplace Marketing for Morningstar, where he is responsible for all aspects of defining and delivering Morningstar’s go-to-market strategy for its workplace solutions including Retirement Managed Accounts, Target-Date Funds and Financial Wellness.

Balzano was previously chief executive officer of Morningstar in the United Kingdom, where he was responsible for strategy and operations for all of Morningstar's business lines in the U.K. market. Before joining Morningstar in 2001, Balzano worked for Accenture in the technology solutions development area.

Balzano holds a bachelor's degree in history and Asian studies from Indiana University and an MBA with a concentration in finance and marketing from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business.

Rose Fealy is Vice President, Finance and Administration/CFO for Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry (MSI), the largest and most interactive museum of its type in the Western Hemisphere. She brings to MSI 30-plus years of leadership experience in operations, finance, human resources and client service in both private sector and nonprofit organizations.

As part of the leadership team, Rose drives a shared vision for MSI's future, managing organizational transformation and creating a high performance, results-driven culture. She leads finance, accounting, retail, legal and IT operations. Additionally, Rose is charged with maintaining and revitalizing the 100+ year-old architectural treasure and business planning for the next generation of exhibits.

Most recently, Rose was Principal at the Civic Consulting Alliance, a nonprofit, pro-bono management consulting firm that works with the best private sector talent to help committed public officials solve the region’s most pressing problems.

Prior to this role, she was Vice President and General Manager at Accero, a licensed software, SaaS and professional services company. In her role, she spearheaded the effort to spin off a $35 million business unit into a standalone company with private equity backers. Rose then launched and staffed a new operating structure, led efforts that improved client satisfaction and retention, and developed and implemented new revenue generation strategies.

Earlier in her career, Rose held various senior-level positions at Hewitt Associates in the outsourced HR client services where she led acquisition teams, restructured operations and drove operational efficiencies through process improvements. She began her post MBA career in Finance for heavy manufacturing corporations such as Duchossois Industries and Cummins, focusing on M & A and operations.

Tom Handley is president and chief operating officer of Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources.

In his current role, Handley provides leadership, management and strategic counsel for seven of Ecolab’s eight business sectors. Previously, Handley was senior executive vice president and president of Global Food & Beverage and Asia Pacific Latin America. Earlier, he was executive vice president and later president of Ecolab’s Industrial and Services North America sector. He joined Ecolab in 2003 as senior vice president of Strategic Planning.

Prior to joining Ecolab, Handley spent 22 years at Procter & Gamble, most recently as vice president of Feminine Care Strategic Planning and Global Marketing. He also held a variety of marketing, strategic planning and general management roles, including assignments in consumer products and foodservice businesses. In addition, he held general management assignments in Asia and Mexico. Handley began his business career managing restaurants for Six Flags in Los Angeles.

Handley serves on the board of directors of Republic Services, Inc., the H.B. Fuller Company, the National Association of Manufacturers and the Ordway Center for Performing Arts (past chair).

Handley graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Claremont-McKenna College and has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Andrew C. Richardson served as the CFO of the Howard Hughes Corporation from March 2011 to January 2017. Prior to joining the company, Richardson served as executive vice president, CFO, and treasurer of Northstar Realty Finance Corp. since April 2006. Northstar Realty is a publicly traded commercial real estate finance company focused on investments in real estate loans, fixed income securities, and net-leased real estate properties.

From March 2000 to March 2006, Richardson was head of the Capital Markets group for iStar Financial Inc., most recently as executive vice president.

He joined iStar Financial from Salomon Smith Barney, where from 1995 to 2000 he was an investment banker in the global mergers and acquisitions and real estate and lodging groups, most recently serving as a vice president providing merger and acquisition advisory services and raising debt and equity capital for public and private real estate companies. Prior to joining Salomon Smith Barney, Richardson worked for Ernst & Young LLP as a CPA from 1988 to 1993.

Jill Wyant is executive vice president and president of Global Food & Beverage, Global Healthcare and Global Life Sciences for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources. Wyant leads Ecolab’s businesses that serve the food and beverage processing, healthcare, pharmaceutical and personal care industries.

Previously, Wyant was executive vice president and president, Global Food & Beverage. Earlier, she served as senior vice president and general manager for the Food & Beverage sector in North America and Latin America. She also led Food & Beverage in the Asia Pacific region. Wyant joined Ecolab in 2009 as vice president of Global Strategic Planning. Prior to Ecolab, she held multiple leadership positions at General Electric.

Wyant is active in the Minneapolis-St. Paul community. She serves on the board of directors of the Greater Twin Cities United Way, which focuses on stabilizing families, helping children succeed and empowering healthy lives in nine Minnesota counties. She also serves on the board of overseers of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Wyant is a member of the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable and The Committee of 200, a professional organization of female entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.

Wyant earned an MBA degree with highest honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas with bachelor’s degrees in international marketing and Japanese studies.
