Post a Job

Posting a job to Global Talent Solutions (GTS), Booth's recruiting portal, enables you to market opportunities directly to Booth students and alumni. Postings are free of charge and are accessible on a daily basis to more than 45,000 students and alumni globally.

To post a position, please login to GTS. You may use an existing account, or create a new account. You'll find instructions for creating a recruiter profile and posting positions below.  

  1. Login to GTS with an existing username and password or click the "Create Account" link for first time users. First time users can select from a list of existing organizations or create a new organization/company profile if your organization is not currently listed.
  2. Complete your profile information including a corporate/business email address (firstname.lastname@companyname.com).  
  3. Once you complete your profile, on the Dashboard, navigate to the left and select "Job Postings." Then click the "Add New" button towards the top right side of the page to create a new posting.
  4. When you are providing details for your posting, please be sure to include the required information such as Position Type, Work Authorization, and Job Location.
