Campus Recruiting

Campus recruiting is an efficient and effective way to source candidates for full-time and internship positions. There are many ways to recruit on-campus including attending a multi-firm Corporate Networking Night, presenting to and networking with students at a Corporate Conversation, or interviewing students at the Harper Center in Chicago. Our expert Relationship Managers are knowledgeable about your industry, the current recruiting landscape, and the campus, and can help you create a recruiting strategy tailored to your specific needs, guiding you through each step of the recruiting process in tandem with your regional liaison.

For full-time positions, most recruiting events are held in the fall, in September and October, with interviews in October and November. Internship recruiting events begin in mid-October, and interviews take place in late-January and February. We’re also happy to facilitate just-in-time interviews and events outside our peak recruiting periods. Please refer to the Recruiting Calendar for more specifics on timing.

For employers who cannot travel to Chicago, video-conference facilities offered through Career Services in our Harper Center campus enable overseas recruiters to conduct information sessions/company presentations and group or individual interviews with students and alumni.

For the EMBA program, please contact us to discuss the appropriate timing for recruitment.

Partner with Student Groups

Chicago Booth student groups host conferences, speaker series, mock interviews, lectures, panel discussions, and many other academic and social activities. Working with these student groups can be a valuable resource to enhance your campus visibility and recruiting efforts. Among the ways your company can get involved is to provide speakers or sponsorship. We encourage you to contact student group co-chairs to learn more about building relationships through involvement in student groups.

Some of the cultural groups that might be of interest to Asian employers include:

EMBA programs do not have student groups but we are happy to help you coordinate student outreach to this population.
