In the face of the global pandemic, the Booth community continues to come together and work incredibly hard to support the mission of the school with amazing enthusiasm, creativity, and flexibility. Following guidance from the university, the CDC, and local and regional authorities, we are working diligently to ensure that we maintain our distinctive academic environment, operate at the highest caliber, and foster vital connections for our students around the world, all while protecting the health of our community.

This website will provide our community access to the most up-to-date information needed to plan for the new quarter from both Booth and the University of Chicago, the latest thought leadership from Booth faculty around COVID-19, and information about health and safety.

Update to Campus Masking Requirement: March 18, 2022

The University of Chicago transitioned to mask optional for much of campus beginning March 4. Most classroom settings will be mask optional starting April 4–one week after the start of Spring Quarter for most of the University. The one-week delay will allow for a transition period as students and others return from travel over spring break.
