Sangita Kasturi brings deep expertise to organizational diversity and inclusive leadership. As CEO of Action Inclusion, she helps build capacity in leadership, diversity, unconscious bias and change through workshops, coaching and strategic consulting. She has spoken in North America, Europe and Asia and has been featured in Working Mother magazine, Forbes, Diversity MBA and the National Association of Female Executives.
Sangita is a board director with Chicago SHRM and has served on the board of the Women’s Fund of Greater Milwaukee. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and a coach and mentor through various organizations. She is a founding member of Chicago Women on Boards 2020. Sangita is a certified Myers-Briggs facilitator and Change Management Professional, and adjunct MBA professor. She has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and a master’s degree in liberal studies from Northwestern University.
