Maria Constantinides

Maria Constantinides was hired by Kemper Financial Services, Inc., prior to completing her MBA in finance. She became the firm's efficiency expert and workflow coordinator.

While raising her family, Constantinides volunteered at The University of Chicago Laboratory Schools. As a working member, Constantinides contributed to the Diversity, Strategic Plan, and ISACS Accreditation committees. She held several council positions before being elected governing board president. Constantinides improved communications between home and school, by cofounding the first bimonthly newspaper.

Later, volunteer service led to her employment as office and rental events manager at The National Hellenic Museum. Upon completing board training with the Arts & Business Council of Chicago, Constantinides joined the Route 66 Theatre Company board. Constantinides has worked with nonprofit organizations on a project or event basis. Currently, Constantinides writes for and volunteers Member Services at The Art Institute of Chicago.
