Director of Audience
Lindsay Dreyer is the director of audience for Werk, the first and only people analytics platform that helps companies improve their flexibility performance through data. Werk uses behavioral science, predictive analytics, and on-platform solutions to show companies exactly what flexibility employees need, where companies are failing to deliver, and how to make targeted investments in flexibility. This unique data-based approach to flexibility helps companies drive productivity, retention, and engagement within their employee base.
At Werk, Dreyer brings the topic of workplace flexibility to a broader audience by leveraging inbound digital marketing strategies, originating content and customer stories for the Werk blog, and working directly with top future of work journalists and thought leaders to secure press. Last year, Dreyer helped conduct and author the first-ever study to quantify the gap between flexibility supply and demand in the US workforce, and the results were published in Harvard Business Review. Dreyer also takes on the role of UX writer for Werk, lending her copy and product skills to both the Werk platform and website.
Prior to joining Werk in January 2017, Dreyer spent over a decade in digital media, most recently as the senior editor of digital innovation at Time Inc. A proud women’s college graduate, she holds a BA in Political Science and BFA in Dance from Barnard College, Columbia University. She’s been a published writer since the age of 18, tackling topics ranging from arts and entertainment to gender equality and politics. Her articles have appeared on TIME, Huffington Post, InStyle, Health, XoJane, and more. Dreyer lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her fiancé, Christopher, and their two cats, Marley and Mariah.
