Associate Dean of Leadership Development

Chris Collins is the Associate Dean for Leadership Development at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. In this role, he has responsibility for the leadership development activities for Full Time MBA students, including the Leadership Effectiveness and Development (LEAD) class. Collins also heads leadership development initiatives at the University of Chicago Law School and college.
Collins completed his doctoral training with the Department of Comparative Human Development at the University of Chicago. His research examines the development of leaders’ abilities to manage their own learning and development.
Collins has worked with leaders and organizations across a range of industries to clarify developmental needs and priorities for improving personal and team performance.
