Aarti Vakharia leverages 20 years of experience in business strategy, finance, and marketing as the managing partner of NNV LLC, a commercial real estate firm with multiple holdings in northeast Ohio. In this capacity, she oversees all facets of the business strategy from developing a pipeline of potential projects, investments, and partnerships to in-depth market analysis and financial modeling. Vakharia consults with New Heights Research, a boutique consulting firm serving the market diligence needs of small and middle-market private equity investors in manufacturing, healthcare, and construction. She has also served as the vice president of strategic and technology initiatives at the Princeton Review and as a consultant at Charles River Associates, an economic and business consulting firm.
Vakharia is also an active member of her community in Cleveland, Ohio. She serves on The Joseph’s Home Development and Communications Committee where she works with an organization devoted to caring for ailing homeless men. Vakharia also mentors University of Chicago undergraduates during their summer internships in Cleveland through The Summer on the Cuyahoga Program.
Vakharia holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in finance and marketing, and a BS in Economics from the George Washington University.
