We recently visited Chicago Booth alumni in the energy capital of Houston, Texas. Our next story comes from Arathi Chandran, ’14, a project leader at the Boston Consulting Group.
We spoke with Arathi about how Chicago Booth prepared her to tackle business challenges as a consultant based in Houston. Before getting her MBA from Chicago Booth Arathi was in the oil and gas industry. She wanted to come to Booth to better understand her industry and become a stronger, more well-rounded business leader in her field.
At her office in Houston, Arathi told us how her classmates and professors at Booth constantly challenged her to think critically and creatively. Now she feels empowered to tackle any business problem. As a project leader with the Boston Consulting Group, every day Arathi experiences how her classroom training prepared her for managing clients and creating value for shareholders.
