Booth Faculty partners with Bloomberg

Comments

Faculty members from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business have begun a partnership with Bloomberg News in which they will write a weekly op-ed column called “Business Class,” which will be published every Friday as part of Bloomberg View, a new opinion section of its website.

The inaugural column, “Make Money Market Funds Go to Market,” was written by Luigi Zingales, Robert C. McCormack Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance.

Other regular contributors will include influential Chicago Booth faculty members in a variety of disciplines.

Bloomberg View’s “Business Class” debuts on the redesigned Bloomberg.com that launched this week, reaching more than 13 million visitors each month, and on the Bloomberg Professional service, which reaches more than 300,000 influential business and finance professionals around the world.

“Business Class” columns by Booth faculty will also be available every week on the blog of Chicago Booth’s Initiative on Global Markets.
