Connect Your Mobile iOS Device to Gmail

Before you connect your iOS device to Gmail, you need to remove the Booth Exchange account. Prior to removing the Exchange account, save any email from a computer / Outlook connection so you will have it after you create the new Gmail connection.

Delete your Booth Exchange Account

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Accounts and Passwords.
  3. Select the account to delete.
  4. Tap Delete Account.

Note: If you are forwarding your Booth email to another email account like Yahoo, MSN, Hotmail, Gmail, or any other email provider to get your Booth email, you do not need to delete the account before adding the Gmail account. If you delete the account, you will no longer receive email on your mobile device and will need to reconnect to get email.

Connect to Your Booth Gmail Account
  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Accounts and Passwords.
  3. Tap Add Account.
  4. Tap Google.
  5. Sign in with your Booth Gmail account preferred email address.
  6. Booth manages your email account screen, touch Accept.
  7. Login to Shibboleth with your CNetID and password.
  8. Touch Send me a Push.
  9. Approve the push.
  10. Select the items you want to see on your iPhone.
  11. Your Gmail account has been added to your device.
  12. Tap on Save.
