Understand what self-management really entails and where and why it's differentiating organizations.
Event Details
It's been 9 years since Gary Hamel wrote about Morningstar Farms and their "radical" self-management. If Gallups' poll numbers are right, worker engagement has been dragging for a long time at 13% and middle management squeezed for a long time. Daniel Pink has also been beating this same drum but the reality is self-management is not an easy cultural adjustment for many people.
This month we take a deeper look to understand what self-management really entails and where and why it's differentiating organizations—how decentralization affects business models.
Join us on April 15, as we look at the risks and rewards for organizations who choose to pursue this approach.
