Call for all Volunteers in Los Angeles!
The Leadership Team is expanding for the LA Club. Co-Presidents Audra Lalley Mallow and Dhiren Patel welcome inquiries from Booth alumni who would like to get more involved in the LA Club's activities and events.
Responsibilities include:
• Regular attendance of quarterly Leadership Meetings and Club events
• Contribution to programming: such as identifying interesting topics and securing speakers
• Commitment to effective communication: social media updates, publicizing events through email distribution channels, and coordinating with the Alumni Relations office.
The LA Alumni Chapter is calling all leaders to help in relaunching our efforts in our area.
We have had a quiet period without Booth representation on the West Coast. We are ready to emerge with events, symposia and activities that will connect and engage local alumni with each other and with Booth faculty, staff and alumni from other areas.
We want to strike the right balance by having the right number of events, the most appropriate kinds of events, at the best venues for the intended purposes.
Please come together on March 16, 2016 at the JW Marriott rooftop in downtown Los Angeles at LA Live from 6:30-8:30pm for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, conversation and planning.
We intend for this to be a working session, so please consider the kinds of events and activities you would like to participate in, those that you would like to help plan and facilitate, and people to whom you would like to reach out to join the leadership team.
In attendance will be LeeAnn Mutchler, Associate Director for Alumni Relations on the West Coast and Timothy State, Director of Alumni Relations for all of Booth.
