Join us for a visit to Barry Callebaut's global headquarters and their Chocolate Academy.
The CEO of Switzerland, Thomas Hagmann, will hold a presentation on the topic of "Investment in a Low-Interest Environment" and the impact this has on commodity prices, his business and investment decisions. He will also give an overview of Barry Callebaut and the chocolate/cocoa value chain more generally.
Following a Q&A, we will move into Barry Callabaut's professional pastry & confectionary laboratory where the attendants will have the unique opportunity to work with a professional chef on their own chocolate creations (which they will subsequently take home).
Partners are welcome to join, while the overall number of attendants will be limited to around 35 people.
