With reputation in the news every day, organizations must understand how to manage and measure their reputations. As we all know, “if you can measure it, you can manage it”. A Reputation Institute senior executive and advisor will speak to these topics. Global reputation trends from the Reputation Institute/Forbes Global Pulse study will be discussed, touching on what is important to stakeholders and the role of reputation in driving revenue. Best practices in reputation management will be showcased including selected case studies from FedEx, Johnson & Johnson, Diageo and Novo Nordis.

Speaker Profiles

Anthony Johndrow (Speaker)
Managing Director, Reputation Institute

Anthony Johndrow is Managing Director of Reputation Institute, responsible for consulting project engagements. Previously, Anthony was COO and Managing Director of Straightline International, a Corporate Brand consultancy, where he spent the past few years leading major consulting projects for senior executives at companies like McGraw-Hill, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, DaimlerChrysler, Schering-Plough and Thomson. Including these assignments, Anthony has spent more than 12 years in a combination of brand management, general management, corporate communications, and public affairs roles. After his start with Procter & Gamble in 1994, Anthony founded his own technology firm in 1998, which he followed by founding The Coca-Cola Think Tank in 2000. It was as an advisor to the CEO of The Coca-Cola Company that Anthony first began work with Reputation Institute. As an undergrad, Anthony taught Economics and Statistics at Harvard University, and since then has spoken and written on a number of topics, most recently on Branding and Corporate Reputation.

For over 15 years, Julie has worked in collaboration with her clients to identify opportunities that drive positive growth by challenging assumptions and creating strategies that work. From developing marketing programs for Amazon to the implementation of Kaiser Permanente’s brand strategy, Julie has understood and respected the impact of her projects on an organization’s bottom line. Julie has held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Siegel & Gale, an international brand strategy firm. Prior to completing her MBA at the University of Chicago, Julie was a manager at Deloitte Consulting. Today, as Principal of Julie Norris Business Advisory Services and a Senior Advisor to the Reputation Institute, she is a trusted consultant to executive teams at AstraZenca, Gap, Inc., Kaiser Permanente and Ossur.
