Event Details
Among the exciting start-up entrants are two entrepreneurial teams from Chicago Booth! Come meet the founders of MouseHouse, the winner of Chicago Booth NVC and Rice University's national entrepreneurship competition, and the founders of CareMerge, a firm that just won an award for being one of the 10 hottest startups in Chicago.
Objective
To connect ideas looking for money with money that's looking for ideas. We provide a platform for professionals and entrepreneurs to network and engage with the investor community.

What you can expect?
Selected startups will be invited for coaching sessions. Entrepreneurs and investors will help prepare for the pitch.
An opportunity to present to a panel of investors.
Judges will vote and winner will get an iPad mini and lot of media buzz!
How are the startups screened?
A committee of technology experts will screen each application to make sure that they meet all requirements and review each entry to decide which products or services are the most innovative.

The startup live pitch competition will be held at 1871, the 50,000 square foot incubation space/hub for the Chicago tech community. It is now home to 250+ startups that are shaping new technologies, disrupting old business models, and resetting the boundaries of what's possible. What better place to host our live competition than 1871!
