Speaker Profiles
Linda Darragh (Panelist)
Executive Director, Kellogg Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative (KIEI)
Linda Darragh, Executive Director, Kellogg Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative (KIEI), at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, oversees one of Kellogg's four thought leadership initiatives. In this capacity she has already revised the curriculum and increased the engagement opportunities for students and alumni with respect to entrepreneurship. Linda serves on the boards of the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center/1871, TiE Midwest and ACCION Chicago. Darragh also co-founded Impact Engine, an accelerator program that supports for-profit businesses making the world a better place. Prior to joining the Kellogg faculty, Darragh served as the director of Entrepreneurship Programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Darragh received a Master's degree from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor's degree from Queen's University
Mike Moyer (Panelist)
Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship, Chicago Booth
Mike Moyer, Adjunct Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at Chicago Booth School of Business, is an entrepreneur who has started six companies and also held a number of senior level marketing positions at service and consumer product firms. The author of several books, How to Make Colleges Want You; College Peas; Trade Show Samurai; and Slicing Pie (on dividing up equity in early stage companies), Moyer has taught entrepreneurship at both Northwestern and Chicago Booth and is a past winner of Booth's New Venture Challenge. Moyer earned his BA from the University of Kansas, MS from Northwestern University, and MBA from the University of Chicago.
