Richard Eu is the Group CEO of Eu Yan Sang International. Eu Yan Sang, founded in 1879 by his great grandfather, is a healthcare and wellness company with a strong foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Richard graduated with a law degree from London University and started his career as a merchant banker.
He joined Eu Yan Sang in 1989, successfully building its business and had it public-listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) in 2000.
Today, the Group enjoys an unrivalled reputation as an industry leader in Asia. He was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, 2011 and in the Singapore Corporate Awards 2010, was recognized as the CEO of the year for SGX listed companies with a market capitalization of under S$300 million.
