Mentoring Mission's Cases in the Classroom is an award winning program that skillfully incorporates Harvard Business Publishing case studies into high school curricula. Just as is done in the nation's top MBA programs, students study cases, discuss principles, and opine about pragmatic responses. Each case is 10-20 pages of text and charts, describing real-world management issues faced by prominent companies in business, industry, and not-for-profit organizations.

Cases invite thinking into complex, nuanced challenges, and prepare students for the future by opening their eyes to potential careers and their own capabilities.

The cases help develop students' abstract principles and skills, including:

· Problem solving - Using analytical tools

· Decision making in complex situations - Working with ambiguities

Includes: Reviews case notes, reads the case and leads the Socratic Seminar in the high school classroom. Initial Case prep: 2- 2.5 hrs. Repeat prep in subsequent year(s): 1 hour (We have used a Train-the-Trainer model for some cases with veteran Case Leaders as well as Case Author's leading a training session on Zoom.)
