CBAC Leadership Series - Conflict Management

Chicago Booth Alumni Club of Chicago

This session will help participants understand their preference for dealing with conflict, its impact, and how to recognize and work effectively with other conflict styles. Each participant will complete a brief online assessment in advance of the session. After registering for the session, a link to the assessment will be sent by email from the Leadership Development Office.

Jeff Anderson joined the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in January 2007. In this role, he has responsibility for the Leadership Effectiveness and Development (LEAD) program as well as other leadership development activities for full-time MBA students.
