Event Details

The Chicago Booth Alumni Club of Greater New York will host a fireside chat with Noni Ellison, '97, (Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tractor Supply Company, a member of the Company's Executive Committee) and Valerie Calloway, '04 (XP-73), (Chief Trademark Counsel of IBM), two top African American executives who are leading the way in corporate America.

They will discuss their respective and unique journeys as women to where they are, challenges they faced along the way and the importance of paving the way for women that follow. We hope the dialogue will help the audience understand the challenges women continue to face in the business world and inspire ways to support one another as women aspire to climb the ladder of opportunity and to shatter the glass ceiling.

This fireside chat will be moderated by our fellow Booth Alumna Tomoe Odahara, '04 (XP-73), Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch. She is also a mentor to The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. Forbes magazine named her as "America's Top Women Wealth Advisor" in 2020 and 2021.
