Join fellow Booth alum Sue Klaus, '08, Owner and Founder of Career Success Pathways, as she guides us through a working session designed to provide a holistic view to navigating your career. In challenging times, as priorities shift or anytime there is a desire to reestablish or confirm goals, it can be difficult to truly understand what is important. Sue believes a holistic approach renders the best results. After all, you do bring your whole self to your career.

Sue Klaus ('08), has navigated her career across a variety of industries: financial services, real estate, leadership development consulting, finance and accounting, human resources and entrepreneurship. She leveraged education along the way, including her Finance and Accounting degree from University of Illinois at Chicago (1993), her CPA license (1997), MBA from Booth's Executive Program (2008) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification (2009). As she progressed through her career as a single mom, Sue realized there was a need for individuals to consider a holistic approach to their career -- which is even more relevant in today's world while approaching opportunities. Hence, Career Success Pathways was born.
Career Success Pathways (CSP) helps professionals leverage their skills, experiences and passions to find new opportunities that make them fulfilled and excited to go to work each day. CSP takes a holistic approach to creating a resume and performing a job search, focusing on transferable skills and transitional expertise gleaned throughout a career. It is true that you bring your full self into your professional role and CSP works with you to provide the tools to approach your career goals from that perspective.
