We will kick off with an stretch session led by certified personal trainer Annie Rasmussen. She will take us through a series of stretches and movement exercises that will help counteract all of the sitting we have been doing in front of our desks (or kitchen tables!) since the pandemic began.
Next, Executive Coach and Leadership Development Expert Alessandra Bortolussi will lead us through a presentation and discussion on mental wellness, particularly as it relates to productivity. It is no secret that women have been hit hard over the past year of the pandemic with increased family obligations in addition to working full time from home, which has taken a toll on our mental health.
Alessandra's experience working in multiple countries and in cross-functional roles in global organizations, makes her uniquely positioned to discuss this topic.
