Multiplying your Resilience in 2021
March 4, 2021: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
12 PM CST | 6 PM GMT
What does it really mean to be resilient? Why should it matter to you? And most importantly, what can you do to become more resilient today?
Join us for an interactive workshop on building resilience!
How many times have you read an article on resilience and thought: "That's great, but now what?"
Or, have you had a friend say: "You have to try mindfulness!" only to try it and find out that it's not for you?
If you kind-of understand the importance of resilience but definitely don't know where to get started, this event is for you.
During this interactive workshop, Chris Bordoni shares what he's learned about overcoming adversity as a young cancer survivor, entrepreneur, and coach.
Zoom information will be shared after registration.
