Tamir Aldad (Moderator) '18

Tamir Aldad is a leader in healthcare innovation, medicine and biomedical research. He is the founder and CEO of Mindful Urgent Care -- New York's first chain of same-day mental health and addiction clinics. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth XP87 class, the 2018 1st place winner of GNVC and the 2018 2nd place winner of NVC - securing $140,000 in initial funding. Over the last year, Mindful has helped 2,500 patients and successfully prevented 1,000 psychiatric hospitalizations. Mindful Urgent Care has raised $1.6M and currently has six locations in the New York metro area.

Chet Robson, DO, MHCDS, FAAFP (Speaker)
Chief Clinical Officer/Medical Director, Walgreens

Dr. Robson provides evidence-based leadership for pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, digital innovation and retail merchandising. Dr. Robson is the Medical Director the Walgreens Pandemic Response. He is leading the development of a healthcare destination that integrates primary care, pharmacy and ancillary services, such as labs and digital resources, into the flow of people's lives. He also leads development of pharmacogenomics and clinical research. By utilizing innovative technology, patient-engaging care delivery models, and evidence-based medicine, Dr. Robson clinically advances the Walgreens purpose to champion the health and well-being of every community in America.

Dr. Robson did undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and Eastern Washington University. He obtained his medical degree from Midwestern University and completed a residency in family medicine at LaGrange Memorial Hospital where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Robson practiced as a family medicine physician and became the Chief Medical Information Officer. He received his MBA in healthcare delivery science from the Tuck School of Business and Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College.

Cara McNulty, DPA (Speaker)

Cara McNulty, DPA is President of Aetna Behavioral Health, a leading provider of mental health and employee assistance program (EAP) solutions to members around the globe. She oversees a national team that spearheads the development of programs, products and capabilities designed to offer individuals easy access to quality, innovative treatments and meet people along their health care journey, while driving engagement and improving health outcomes through an easy and meaningful experience.

Cara is a highly regarded executive leader and population health scientist whose success in driving population well-being outcomes spans the employer, government, payer/provider, start-up and education sectors. She is known for her ability to integrate confirmed health science into practical business models that drive measurable outcomes.

Cara previously served as the North American leader of Integrated Wellbeing for Willis Towers Watson. Her responsibilities included advising clients on strategies focusing on employee engagement, clinical outcomes and productivity. She sat on the company's Health and Benefits Specialty Practice Leadership team and focused on integrated wellbeing, intellectual capital and service development across physical, emotional, financial and social dimensions.

As the former head of Population Health, Team Member Wellbeing and Guest Wellness for Target Corporation, she led efforts to implement the company's health agenda. She developed strategies that improved all team members' health, driving value and business growth while decreasing health care expenditures. Through the advancement of Guest Wellness, she successfully led strategy and advanced products and services to meet the demands and desires of the consumer and local communities.

Cara is nationally recognized for her strategic design and implementation of Minnesota's transformational population health care legislation, which to-date is one of the largest financial allocations in the country for initiatives known to be reducing health disparities and chronic diseases. She holds a doctorate in public administration from Hamline University, a Master of Science in applied health science from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in community health education from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

Humayun Hank Chaudhry, DO (Speaker)
CEO, Federation of State Medical Boards

Humayun "Hank" Chaudhry, DO, MS, MACP, FRCP is the President and CEO of the Federation of State Medical Boards, which represents all of the state medical licensing boards in the United States. The FSMB co-manages the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) with the National Board of Medical Examiners and maintains a Federation Credentials Verification Service (FCVS) for physicians and physician assistants.

From 2016-2018, Dr. Chaudhry served as Chair of the International Association of Medical Regulatory Authorities (IAMRA), which represents more than 118 member organizations in more than 48 nations. A graduate of New York University, New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Harvard School of Public Health, Dr. Chaudhry completed an internship at St. Barnabas Hospital and an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine at NYU- Winthrop Hospital, New York, where he was Chief Medical Resident. While in practice, he was specialty-certified by the ABIM and the AOBIM.

An Assistant Dean and Chair of Medicine at NYITCOM from 2001-2007, Dr. Chaudhry spent 14 years with the United States Air Force Reserve, rising to the rank of Major, and served as a Flight Surgeon attached to the 732nd Airlift Squadron at McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey. A Past President of the American College of Osteopathic Internists, he is the author or co- author of more than 75 peer-reviewed medical journal articles and co-author of two books: Fundamentals of Clinical Medicine, 4th edition and Medical Licensing and Discipline in America.

Neil Leibowitz, MD, JD (Speaker)
Chief Medical Officer, Talk Space

Dr. Leibowitz is an experienced speaker, consultant and expert in digital healthcare, quality of care, mental health issues and correctional/forensic care. He is a physician executive and attorney with expertise in digital health and in leading clinical programs in diverse settings. Dr. Leibowitz is focused on innovation, quality of care and medico-legal issues. He has held leadership roles throughout the healthcare ecosystem, including at academic health centers, large practice groups, MCO's and start-ups.
