Alberto Villarreal (Moderator) '14
Managing Director, Nepanoa

Alberto Villarreal leads Nepanoa, a transformation advisory firm that partners with multinational businesses to implement change in their United States and Latin America operations.

Prior to starting Nepanoa, Alberto was an Advisory Director at PwC, leading transformation programs for international clients related to technology, finance, regulation, and operations. In Mexico, Alberto was part of the international strategy team at Cerveceria Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma (CCM, now Heineken Mexico), designing and executing the strategy for global beer brands like Dos Equis and Tecate.

Alberto obtained a BBA with majors in Accounting and Finance at Georgia State University and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Strategic Management, Operations Management, and Entrepreneurship.

CJ Przybyl (Panelist) '11
Chief Strategy Officer, Snapsheet

CJ co-founded Snapsheet in 2011 in order to leverage mobile technology to simplify the auto claims process. He helped grow the Snapsheet brand and platform to servicing over 80 insurance carriers in the US and Canada and helped Snapsheet become one of the fastest growing companies in Chicago.

CJ began his career at Freescale Semiconductor as a Motorola account manager. While in that role he was responsible for identifying and commercializing new technology with the Motorola advanced engineering team. CJ then moved to the role of Emerson global account manager within Freescale where he managed a global sales team and developed the account management process for all large industrial accounts.

CJ obtained his BS in Optical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with minors in Electrical Engineering and Economics and a certificate in Semiconductor Materials and he holds his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He currently serves on the Rose-Hulman department of physics and optical engineering board of directors.

Stephanie Reiter (Panelist) '03
Chief Financial Officer, Minted

Stephanie Reiter is the CFO of Minted, a marketplace that crowdsources design and artwork from a global community of independent artists and sells these as products including stationery, art and home decor. Prior to Minted, she was the VP of Corporate Finance at Pivotal Software and prior to that, VP of FP&A at Lending Club. Stephanie began her career in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs and has held roles across a range of large and small organizations. She is a graduate of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Kristin Barrett (Panelist) '12
Chief Operations Officer, Collective Academy

Kristin has a passion for entrepreneurship and education. She recently moved to Mexico City and is the COO of Collective Academy, a Latin American education startup. Prior to Collective Academy, Kristin served as COO for the University of Chicago's Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. There, she opened the University's incubator and prototyping lab, launched Polsky's fintech program, and sustained the Polsky Center's growth to a team of more than 50 individuals.

Kristin has also served as vice president of 1871, one of the nation's largest startup hubs, and the COO of Techstars Chicago. She worked on new ventures and corporate strategy for Redbox and started her career in management consulting at Kearney.

Kristin earned her MBA with Honors at University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and her BS in journalism and economics from Northwestern University. In her free time, she's working on her Spanish and working with her husband to wrangle their twin toddlers.
