'Leaders 100' is an nonprofit platform for all Chinese talents at their 30's. The platform invites 50 leaders in their 40's or 50's as program mentors.

Together 'Leaders 100' will mentor up to 100 mentees. The 50 leaders are from 20 different industries. The mentees who are also from various backgrounds and locations will receive one on one mentoring program from Sept. 28th 2019. It is by far the biggest and most diversified talent platform open to all Chinese generation 30's.
Judy Shih has more than 20 year experience in Asset Management industry. She starts from marketing, product, sales, to business management. She assumed CEO role in J.P.Morgan Asset Management Taiwan from 2014 to 2017. Under her leadership, she brought the business to $20 billion AUM ranking No.2 in the industry. Judy was awarded Golden Goblet Award for Outstanding Entrepreneurial Leadership by the Securities and Futures Institute's 13th Golden Goblet Awards program in 2015. In 2018, Judy dedicated to the management of "Beautiful Touch" – a platform for "Aesthetics of Living" and assumed CEO role in 2019. In 2019, she set up "Leaders 100 nonprofit talent platform. Judy graduates from National Taiwan University Finance Department and University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
