Topic: The Role of Mindfulness in Leadership

"Mindfulness is about being fully awake in our lives.
It is about perceiving the exquisite vividness of each moment."
- Jon Kabat-Zinn

Mindfulness is useful for:

  • Stress reduction in providing tools for enhanced focus, clarity and emotional resilience.
  • Pain management, such as new ways to enlist your mind and activate healing.
  • Sustainable skills that can aid professional wellness for effectiveness and resilience with members of your organization.

$25.  RSVP is REQUIRED online with prepayment.
