Event Details

Mingle with fellow alums in the vibrant outdoor settings of The Wynwood Yard, followed by a seated three-course dinner in the onsite Charcoal Conservatory. We will cap off the evening with our board officer elections.

6:30-7:15 - Cocktails (cash bar)

7:15-8:30 - Dinner

8:30-9:00 - Club Officer Elections

1st Course: SALAD - salanova lettuce, shaved vegetables, charcoal vinaigrette

2nd Course (served FAMILY STYLE):

CHICKEN springer hill farm chicken breast; garden herbs
GRILLED SALMON lemon-basted, olive oil, herbs
WINTER GREENS josper-roasted garden greens, garlic, olive oil
PUREE POTATO yukon gold potato puree, cream + sweet butter, parmigiano-reggiano crust

3rd Course: CHOCOLATE MOUSSE house-made whipped cream
