There's no accounting for taste. Or is there?
Join us Saturday, September 29th for a wine test like no other with Professor Emeritus Roman Weil. You may remember Professor Weil from the accounting courses he taught at Booth, but did you know he is also a noted wine expert?
In his Chicago Booth bio, Weil explains that "theory makes the correct predictions, but students like to hear the actual outcomes, anecdotally."
Same goes for wine: we like to test—and taste—the actual outcomes, oenologically.
Put your sensory powers to the test as we attempt to sort the real from the nonsense as propagated by some of the most renowned wine critics and writers.
Once you are registered, we'll send you Weil's article describing the hypothesis we'll be testing, which was published in the Journal of Wine Economics.
Space is limited, register early to reserve your spot.
