Whether you are an executive or an employer who hires executives, this program will provide valuable insights into the negotiation process and what's "market."
Adam will present a step-by-step guide for identifying and navigating the legal issues that arise in connection with an offer of executive employment. He will cover how to approach the negotiation of executive employment, what documents and agreements the executive likely must sign, what legal issues lurk in such agreements and how to resolve those issues and how to protect yourself legally throughout the executive employment relationship.
