Mr. Greetis counsels both businesses and executives in all aspects of executive compensation. He has substantial experience advising on executive employment and separation matters and has personally negotiated employment and pay arrangements for many organizations and executives. Mr. Greetis also regularly advises organizations on the legal aspects of incentive pay, option plans, restricted stock arrangements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans and agreements, supplemental executive retirement plans, and other forms of equity and executive pay.


He is an accomplished author and speaker, and has given prior presentations for the Chicago Booth Career Services Center.
