Leading executive coach will advise key decision makers on effectively applying their unique skills and personalities in support of positive organizational change.
Event Details
Business owners, like all successful executives, must master diverse tasks and leverage the impact of their surrounding teams. But owners also uniquely stand for, and can personify, their organizations. In a symbolically significant role, how they see others and are seen by them as conveyed through their words and deeds are the perceptions which often set the working reality.
This month ER will be visited by a boundary breaking entrepreneur who applies her behavioral expertise as an executive coach to enable exemplary organizational cultures. Combining both extensive managerial experience and advanced psychological training in counseling, she will show the rewards of effectively aligning one's personal way of being and field of action. You will get practical guidance on leadership imperatives such as how to be a better listener, more compelling motivator and focused persuader.
Entrepreneurial Roundtable members, facuty and students of Booth: $15 thru 8/9, then $20.
General public: $20 thru 8/9, then $25.
