Whether it’s distressed transactions via the bankruptcy courts or buying companies within distressed industries, the M&A market remains fraught with uncertainty. Significant buying power remains in private equity and corporate war chests but the leveraged loan market remain tight and prices aren’t cheap. So how are deals getting done in this environment? What are the best ways to navigate deals in bankruptcy? How has diligence changed under these circumstances? Simply put, how are deals getting done today? Our next roundtable will focus on today’s M&A market addressing these and many other issues.
