Event Details

As the heart of the summer travel season approaches, it's noteworthy to see companies having to effectively force their workers to use their vacation time, with some accumulated hours otherwise expiring, And certainly for entrepreneurs, with so much to do and a shortage of time, foregone leisure is no rarity, possibly leading to long term detriments in terms of productivity and personal health.

This month ER will be visited by an expert who has developed techniques that would be dear to managerial hearts (in more ways than one!), the Stress Count quantitative assessment. Applying the results of an in-depth survey to understand the types, duration, severity and total quantity of stress you can be exposed to, his methods can lead to strategies for resting easy, guilt-free and company smart.
