Come and celebrate our 5th reunion in Munich, Germany, from September 18th to 20th 2009.
Dear Chicago Booth EXP-9ers,
This is your chance to meet the following classmates who have decided to come with partners and family:
Mavis Tan, Martin Giles, Alexander Lyadov, Christian Seelos, Jacek Narkiewicz, Jean-Francois Daubert , Sinclair Szebrat , Andreas Steinert, Joachim (Max) Giehl, Kristina Tzaneff, Remy Hauser, Ivo Hux, Konstantin Samoylov, John Carbajal.
A prepayment for the events and hotel rooms will be required to complete your reservation by March 10th.
After this date we cannot guarantee hotel rooms or seats at the Oktoberfest. Hope many of you can make it for the 5th anniversary and we are looking forward seeing you in Munich.
Here comes the fine print concerning application and costs:
1. Hotelrooms
We have an option for a 5* Hotel in the city for 2 nights, per room (2 people) including breakfast 295 Euro per night
2. Opening Dinner September 18th
75 Euro per person (pp) including dinner and drinks (soft drinks and dinner wine)
3. Oktoberfest 19th
100 Euro pp covering food and beer
