Join us for the November Alumni Breakfast Series in New York as Jeff Elton discusses his book, Healthcare Disrupted. Healthcare Disrupted is a global view of one of the largest industry sectors in the world, that impacts each of us personally. Originally published in English and now coming out in a Chinese language edition covering the rapidly growing Asian market for healthcare and life science products, this original research highlights the fundamental and irreversible changes in health care funding – from volume and inputs, to value and outcomes – and the implications of advanced analytics; vast amounts of digital medical and health data; and the emergence of high efficacy digital health and medical technologies. The authors define the novel business models of emerging and future leaders, the rising role of a 'health consumer,' and disruptive influence of digital health and digital medical services firms on current healthcare provider, payer and life science company incumbents.
