It maintains a unique reach into international markets through the relationship network of its lead investor, Wanxiang America Capital, to leverage extensive resources for GGC's portfolio companies and thereby attain potential costs savings, and market expansion into China and globally. GGC invests up to $40 million in companies headquartered in the U.S. or Canada with EBITDA of $3 million to $20 million. Its extensive private equity experience and fund structure enables it to be flexible, creative and if appropriate, a long-term investor.
