We are honored to have Y.F. Juan, '97 as our guest speaker on a topic that is a clear industry trend nowadays: "Cloud Computing- Buzz, Sanity Check and Seeking Alpha". The talk will take place on Friday 23 August at the Brother Hotel.
Mr. Yuan, '97 is Chicago Booth alumnus from the full-time program. He joined the Cloud Computing Center of ITRI in Taiwan in 2011. Before ITRI, he was at Xerox PARC and several tech startups in Silicon Valley for over a decade. Mr. Juan will elaborate about Cloud Computing, and why you shouldn't be concerned about Cloud Computing, as well as benefites of Cloud Computing. He will also give an overview about how Taiwan fit into this picture.
