Event Details
The 100-Day Plan is critical to jumpstarting value creation. The period before a deal closes and the 100 days after are key to quickly enhancing a portfolio's profile. Every Private Equity firm has a unique way to add value during these 100 days, a skill set that leads the team to certain deals in the first place. Successfully executing prior 100 day plans serves as a private equity firm's selling point while the lack of such experience may adversely position a company in future negotiations.
You should register to attend if:
- You currently work in private equity
- You are considering a transition into private equity
- You are interested in learning more about what happens in the first 100 days after a private equity deal is closed
- You would like to broaden your network of people who work or are interested in private equity
Throughout the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with both the panelists and fellow attendees. Register to attend so you can be a part of the discussion with fellow alumni, current students, and corporate partners.
