As one of Hong Kong Alumni Club's signature events, MIT Sports Day brings together different schools, families, friends, and children for a fun day of sports. We will have some competitive track and field events, ball games (basketball, soccer, volleyball, dodgeball), as well as games that kids love. Guests and kids are welcome! Last year we had more than 150 guests from over 14 universities compete. Winners will receive medals and the winning school gets to bring home the Trophy (and of course, bragging rights).

Walking from Queen Mary Hospital

Cross Pok Fu Lam Road and walk down Sassoon RoadWhen you reach Victoria Road, turn right and keep walking until you see a very long, steep staircase on your left-hand sideGo down the staircase (carefully). At the bottom, turn left on Sandy Bay Road and you'll see the entrance to the University of Hong Kong Stanley Ho Sports Centre.
Walking from Cyberport

Walk uphill (roughly north) along Cyberport RoadTurn left onto Sha Wan Drive and continue downhill until you see the entrance to the University of Hong Kong Stanley Ho Sports Centre on your left
By Car
The University of Hong Kong Stanley Ho Sports Centre, Sandy Bay is on the waterfront on the west of Hong Kong Island in Pokfulam below Queen Mary Hospital. The road running along side the sports grounds is Sha Wan Drive.
From Central you would either:
Drive up Pokfulam Road and take the right turn down Bisney Road. Then turn right on Victoria Road until you get to the traffic lights before West Island School, where you turn left onto Sandy Bay Road; ORFollow the cost to Victoria Road which you join in Kennedy Town. After West Island school turn right at the traffic lights onto Sandy Bay Road
If you plan to drive, then it's best to park at the Cyberport then walk to the grounds as there is no general parking available at the grounds and you might get a fine if you park on the road near the grounds.
HKU has strongly warned that cars should not be parked on the side of Sha Wan Drive as the police have warned they will be ticketing/towing any such vehicles.
