To prepare for the soiree, think of a personal goal that you would like to achieve in the next four years … in time for the next Leap Day on February 29, 2016. When you arrive on Leap Day, write it down on a second name tag to share it with other participants. Remember, when you write down a goal and then share it with someone else, you're much more likely to achieve it.
