Bubblies are at once the funnest most non-serious type of wine, and incredibly complicated with tremendous history at the same time. Learn about the different regions that produce famous sparkling wine, the methods they adopt, and why they impart the taste they do. Event Details

Our 5th tasting follows the standard format, $25 pays for a taste of 6-8 wines and tailored commentary geared towards serious students of wine. Jointly sponsored by the U of C College and Chicago Booth alumni associations, we invite novices and aficionados of all levels. To pour a high-quality selection of wine, we are limiting this event to 20 participants, so sign up now to ensure your seat at the table! The event will begin at 6:30 with registration - mingling and some light snacks. Tasting will begin at 6:45pm sharp.
