Laura McAdam founded Profitability NOW in 2002 and has over 20 years experience as a financial professional. Dedicated to improving the profitability and cash flow of organizations, Laura focuses on organizational strategy and alignment to enhance financial performance. She utilizes a collaborative approach to identify improvement opportunities and develop executable action plans. In her present position, Laura also facilitates development sessions at conferences and industry events. She is a frequent speaker for groups and associations seeking to enhance their financial acumen and gain a greater understanding of how to directly impact the financial performance of their organizations. Previously, she has held positions as controller, treasurer, operations manager, and auditor for a number of Chicago area companies. She earned a MA from Loyola University and a BA from Augustana College.
